The department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mills Memorial Hospital is inviting applicants for a full time Obstetrics and Gynecology position. The selected candidate will join 3 other Obstetrician-Gynecologists based in Terrace serving the Northwest Regional population of 86,000 people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting services primarily at the Ob-Gyn Clinic, Mills Memorial Hospital, and the Well Women Clinic.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality healthcare to our diverse patient population.
- Participating in the development and implementation of women's health programs.
- Engaging in intermittent travel to surrounding communities to ensure accessibility to care.

Additional Information:
The Mills Memorial Hospital, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, is under construction and is expected to open in January 2025. This presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a new era in healthcare delivery.

Ksyen Regional Hospital:

Ksyen Regional Hospital welcomed its first patients in November 2024. More than double the size of the previous hospital, it is a center for trauma services, acute care, surgical services pathology, radiology, clinical support and pharmacy services for the Northwest region. The hospital staff prides itself on delivering culturally safe care to our Indigenous populations.

The hospital is also a training site for medical students in the Northern Medical Program and residents through the UBC Family Medicine Residency Program.
