Ksyen Regional Hospital in Terrace is seeking a committed and skilled Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our team in a permanent position. We are looking for a physician who is passionate about providing high-quality care and is interested in building a long-term practice in our vibrant and welcoming community. We offer flexibility in FTE to support your professional and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to patients in the region.
- Participate in a 1 in 4 call rotation, ensuring equitable coverage and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Engage in teaching opportunities with medical learners, if desired.
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
The selected candidate will join 3 other Obstetrician-Gynecologists based in Terrace serving the Northwest Regional population of 86,000 people. This position is compensated on alternative payment program, providing security in a fixed salary.

Ksyen Regional Hospital:
Ksyen Regional Hospital welcomed its first patients in November 2024. More than double the size of the previous hospital, it is a center for trauma services, acute care, surgical services pathology, radiology, clinical support and pharmacy services for the Northwest region. The hospital staff prides itself on delivering culturally safe care to our Indigenous populations.
